OUR APPROACH

All our staff are fully uniformed.

We predominantly use the most up to date industry standard pure water telescopic pole system to do virtually all our work from the ground, this enables us to meet all current laws pertaining to working at height.

WORKING IN THE RAIN

​

The pure water system will result in high quality streak free cleaning even in the rain. 

(We will usually as a rule of thumb always work in light to medium rain, as rain water is generally very clean and will not affect the quality of the cleaning)

RE-CLEAN SERVICE

​

If we ever do any work for you and you are not completely satisfied we do offer a free re-clean service to all our customers as a guarantee for their peace of mind.

We will come back and rectify any issues you are experiencing free of charge.

TRADITIONAL WINDOW CLEANING

​

Traditional window cleaning is available but only on downstairs windows if required, but at a premium price. This is due to the length of time traditional window cleaning takes compared to using the pure water system

REMINDER SERVICE

​

We provide a call or text or email remind service. Each time your cleaning is due we will inform you via a phone call or text message or email the day before our scheduled visit.

OUR PRICING

Our pricing structure is realistic and reflective of a number of factors, such as our professionalism, reliability, skill, knowledge, experience, high quality equipment, and the impeccable work we aim to produce.

To be able to give any accurate prices or quotes we need to come and inspect the work that needs to be carried out. we can not give blind quotes or prices over the phone without viewing the work in person or viewing the work through pictures sent to us via our email address which can be found here on our website.

RESPONSIBLE & PROFESSIONAL 

Before engaging in any larger works, i.e. pressure cleaning/gutter debris removal/fascia & soffit cleaning etc, we would first attend your property to assess what works you require and I will highlight any potential issues that may arise during the cleaning process and detail these in a written disclaimer, which we will provide before commencing any works.

We will not be willing to carry out any works until this assessment and disclaimer process has been completed

We are fully insured with “public liability” insurance providing cover up to £5,000,000

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We prefer our customers to sign up to our direct debit payment system, this enables you to enjoy our services without the need to worry about making any payments as this system is fully automated and stress free. Although we do offer multiple payment options besides direct debit. We also offer bank transfer, credit/debit card and cash.
